Car delivery service that is provided by “KLAIPĖDA CARS”, gives the possibility to the client to collect it at any airport or international port. We deliver our cars to airports and international ports of Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia. Since we are thoroughly planning the time for the precise execution of Your order, it is very important for us to know the flight number or arrival time of the ferry of the arriving client. Such information allows to properly plan the work, and to deliver cars always on time and to the location that You requested. The client should be responsible for informing us in advance about the time of arrival and changes thereof, these occur quite often when there is a change in weather conditions or other problems occur. If you fail to pick up the car at the agreed time, counting of overdue waiting time begins.
By having ferry arrival information or flight number, we are able to track and verify the information about the arrival of the client, even if the client himself is unable to inform personnel of “KLAIPĖDA CARS” about the delay in case of communication problems. In such case we are performing the order providing for the unavoidable delay in advance.
Being late for up to an hour is not taxed, for each next hour you are charged 15 EUR. Delay of up to 8 hours is paid for by hourly rate, if the delay is longer than 8 hours, daily rate of delay in the amount of 150 EUR is being charged.
